On 14 July 2021, the European Commission published the largest legislative package related to the climate and energy: “Fit for 55”. The main assumption of the new package is a reduction of 55% in greenhouse gas emissions in the European Union by 2030 (compared to 1990 levels), which will make it possible to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050.
To deliver on those commitments requires from us a hard work, determination, sagacity and proficiency. We believe in green energy, we are fond of technology and science and we are engineering enthusiast. We see our future free of fossil fuels but today we are happy of every single clean megawatt installed. And each clean megawatt needs a concentration on particular project. Renewable energy projects are complex ventures that involve many stakeholders and thus inducing various risks.
We believe that good engineering contributes to the final success of the project.
Right functional assumptions, best technical solutions, careful administrative procedures are all important and not easy to go through. Mirosław Błoniarz is graduate of architecture and spatial planning at Szczecin University of Technology and project management in Institute of Housing and Urban Development Studies at Erasmus University of Rotterdam. In 2005-2007 he worked in Budimex S.A. as regional executive director being responsible for large civil engineering turnkey contracts in Poland and Spain.
Then he co-founded Alplan in 2009 as a CEO and head designer. Since 2007 he has pioneered best wind industry standards in Poland. Miroslaw Bloniarz is a licensed designer, an expert in enginnering of renewable energy projects in terms of technical designing, spatial planning and legal aspects of technical project development. Author of numerous technical expertises and articles.

Bartosz Szczygiel graduated of civil engineering at University of Szczecin. In 2007-2009 executed various wind farm projects being employed in Budimex S.A. as a contract manager. Co-founder of Alplan, author of wind projects of more than 1000 MW total power. Supervised a construction of many wind farms in Poland, has a expertise in construction and civil engineering aspects of designing as well as profound knowledge of use of administrative and construction laws in project management.
